The cost of hiring a bar in Leicester depends mainly on the day, guest numbers, food and drinks choices and any extras such as entertainment. Watson's confirms pricing individually, so contact the team with your date and numbers for a tailored quote.
People often ask what it costs to hire a bar. The honest answer is that it varies — and any venue quoting a single price without asking questions probably isn't tailoring the event to you. Here are the factors that drive the final figure.
Day And Time
Weekends and December dates are in highest demand. Quieter weekdays can sometimes offer more flexibility.
Exclusive Or Partial Hire
Having the whole bar to yourselves is different from reserving a section. At Watson's, exclusive hire is available Sunday to Wednesday; partial hire may be possible Thursday to Saturday.
Number Of Guests
More guests means more drinks, food and staffing. Watson's holds up to 50.
Food
A few small plates is a different budget from a full seated menu. Vegan options are available on request.
Drinks
Options range from a welcome cocktail to a full drinks package or a tasting. Be clear about how you'd like guests to drink.
Extras
- Cocktail masterclass
- DJ or live music
- Whisky or wine tasting
- Late finish
How To Get A Useful Quote
Tell the venue your date, guest numbers, format and budget range. The more you share, the more accurate the answer. Our enquiry form asks for exactly those details.
We don't publish a rate card because every event differs — pricing is confirmed individually when you enquire. See how to hire a bar step by step.
