The best happy hour is the one where you can actually hear each other. Watson's booth seating and warm lighting mean a team catch-up or a first-round-of-the-weekend drink doesn't turn into a shouting match.
Arrive at 5pm to pick the best seats, order a couple of small plates to share (the tapas menu is plant-based, with plenty to graze on) and let the evening build from there. If the night has more in store, stay on — we are open until midnight on Thursdays.
